Amanda Lepore

Amanda Lepore

Headliner

THE MOST EXPENSIVE BODY ON EARTH! A sort of woozy inflatable doll, Amanda comes off like a Jeff Koons statue of Marilyn Monroe! In Milan, she was dubbed La Silicona. In New York, she gets paid to enter a room, lips first. It's not a party until her benevolent presence is spotted on a banquette, like a space alien sex goddess crossed with a curvy Disney goldfish, doling out insights, giggles, and occasionally free drink tickets. A dominatrix and a regular member of Michael Alig's clubland circus at Limelight’s weekly Disco 2000 in the early 90s, Amanda went on to work Patricia Field's makeup counter while finding her constantly changing face the most marketable object in town. It's been used to promote Heatherette, M.A.C., and Swatch, to name just three trendy brands, and in 2006, way before he designed for that other first lady, Jason Wu did an Amanda Lepore doll, which represented her in plastic—a creative act that made perfect (dollars and) sense. She’s collaborated with the best (Cazwell) and has been the muse of legends (David Lachapelle), and now she will grace the Seattle PrideFest Main Stage!

From RuPaul's Drag Race, to Dance Moms, to Toddlers and Tiara's, this queen has entered the collective mentality with one amazing shout of "hallleeloooo"! She tours the world wowing crowds with her signature death drop, her flawless Beyonce that would impress even the Queen B herself. This girl gets it done. Seattle's about to know!

Fly Moon Royalty

Fly Moon Royalty

Main Stage Headliner

Dichotomy in a partnership is always tricky, but not for Seattle's Fly Moon Royalty. Bleeding with all the heart and soul of blues and R&B, combined with the contemporary aesthetics of modern day electronica and hip hop, the collaboration of the Seattle-based duo is a perfectly fitting contradiction.

Comprised of soulful vocalist, Adra Boo and DJ/Producer/Emcee Action J, the two-piece are set to release their forthcoming EP, Unfinished Business, this coming February 18, 2014. Idling comfortably between the party ready glam of The Gossip, with the funk aesthetics of Gnarls Barkley, the EP is a progressive step forward for the band, and follows the release of 2012's Dimensions EP and their stunning, self- titled debut LP in 2011.

After the popular local artist DJ Jubilee spotted Katey rapping at a block party in 1998, he suspected he was seeing a new sensation, and promptly brought her to his label, Take Fo Records, which was at the time the top bounce-music label in the city. Katey's striking appearance, playful rhymes and infectious beats, courtesy of Jubilee, turned the young performer into a phenomenon who crossed boundaries with her assured self-confidence and out-and-proud lyrics.

Performers are invited to remix, perform and play live in a DJ based environment by manipulating each performance with the live aesthetic i.e. drums, vocals, samplers, etc. Currently the Men's Club SoundSystem rotation is DJ Barbeau who produces and writes tracks specifically for MCS along with DJ David Banjela and singer Micole Shenelle from the group MONALISA. They will be performing some live tracks from Barbeau and Micole's new Future House group MONALISA and some new Men's Club SoundSystem exclusives along with some of the most banging House/Bass/Garage and EDM dance floor killerz.

Kid Amiga

DJ Stage

We absolutely ADORE Kid Amiga. She’s been playing around PrideFest for many years now, and it’s kind of become a “thing” to have her open the DJ Stage. Her sets cross genre’s, and her energy is electric! No better way to kick off the festival than with one of her eclectic sets.
